Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome at all 16 branches. Booking ahead means a shorter wait and lets you choose your preferred time, especially on evenings and weekends.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 7 days a week. Kepong (Taman Sri Bintang), Surgeri Pergigian Sri Bintang, Kepong Baru, Desa Aman Puri, Selayang, Subang Murni, Rawang and Sungai Buloh open 9am–9pm on weekdays and until 7pm on weekends. PJ Sunway Mas, SS3, Bandar Sri Damansara, Jinjang, Gombak, Cheras, Olive Hill and Anggun City open 10am–7pm daily.
How soon will the branch confirm my booking?
The branch replies on WhatsApp during opening hours, usually the same day. Requests sent after closing are answered the next morning.
How much does a dental check-up or scaling cost?
Scaling and polishing starts from RM80. Your dentist will explain the cost of any treatment before starting.
Do you treat children?
Yes. Our dentists treat patients of all ages, including first dental visits for young children.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Just reply to the branch on the same WhatsApp chat to change or cancel your booking.
